Special Note: Before becoming a VIP/SVIP/SSVIP, please carefully read the "VIP/SVIP/SSVIP Subscription Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service") to ensure you fully understand its contents, including clauses that exempt the company from liability and limit the rights of VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept these Terms of Service. Unless you accept all the contents of these Terms of Service, you are not entitled to register, log in, or use the services covered by these Terms of Service. Your registration, login, or use constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service and your agreement to be bound by them.

These Terms of Service stipulate all matters between the company and you regarding the "VIP/SVIP/SSVIP" service. "VIP/SVIP/SSVIP" refers to an individual who registers, logs in, and uses the services provided by the company to enjoy exclusive VIP/SVIP/SSVIP services within the APP. VIP/SVIP/SSVIP exclusive services are a paid value-added service. VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members must fully agree to these Terms of Service and complete payment before enjoying the relevant services.

These Terms of Service are based on the User Agreement and Privacy Policy and are an integral part of it. Furthermore, any regulations and rules regarding VIP/SVIP/SSVIP services issued by the company from time to time are also part of these Terms of Service. If you choose to accept these Terms of Service and activate the VIP/SVIP/SSVIP service to become a VIP/SVIP/SSVIP, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service, the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and all regulations and rules, and will abide by their stipulations. If you do not accept this service, you will not be able to enjoy the VIP/SVIP/SSVIP services covered by these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service may be updated by Tandoo at any time. The updated Terms of Service will supersede the original Terms of Service upon publication without further notice. Users can view the latest version of the Terms of Service on this page.

  1. General Provisions

    (1) VIP/SVIP/SSVIP refers to a registered user who has completed all registration procedures and is willing to accept VIP/SVIP/SSVIP services. (2) VIP/SVIP/SSVIP services are paid value-added services provided to VIP/SVIP/SSVIP users. Users can enjoy the various services provided exclusively to VIP/SVIP/SSVIP users only after paying the relevant fees.

    (3) VIP/SVIP/SSVIP users shall comply with the "User Agreement and Privacy Policy" and these Terms of Service.

  2. Service Fees Tandoo may adjust the VIP/SVIP/SSVIP service fee standards at any time according to actual circumstances. The adjusted fee standards will be displayed on the VIP/SVIP/SSVIP payment page. Users must pay the fees according to the adjusted fee standards before they can enjoy or renew their VIP/SVIP/SSVIP services. Users who have already purchased VIP/SVIP/SSVIP services at the original fee standards will not have their VIP/SVIP/SSVIP status and the VIP/SVIP/SSVIP services they have already enjoyed affected within the validity period, and no additional payment is required.
  3. Service Content

    (1) Benefits: After activating VIP/SVIP/SSVIP service, users will receive multiple exclusive value-added services, automatic renewal deduction service, and other internal services.

    (2) Adjustments: Tandooo may adjust the VIP/SVIP/SSVIP service content at any time according to actual circumstances.

  4. Activation, Renewal, and Termination of VIP/SVIP/SSVIP Service

    (1) Users will obtain VIP/SVIP/SSVIP status after completing the registration process and paying the VIP/SVIP/SSVIP fee through the methods provided by the platform.

    (2) VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members must ensure that the submitted content and personal information are true and valid. If personal information changes, VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members should promptly modify their registration information; otherwise, they will be unable to fully and effectively exercise their rights or bear the resulting responsibilities.

    (3) The validity period of VIP/SVIP/SSVIP service starts from the activation date. The specific period can be checked through the relevant page in the client login page. (4) If the user has activated the platform's exclusive VIP/SVIP/SSVIP service with automatic renewal for monthly VIP/SVIP/SSVIP subscriptions, the renewal function will be automatically enabled. The system will automatically deduct the renewal fee from the user's account within 24 hours before the VIP/SVIP/SSVIP expires. VIP/SVIP/SSVIP users must ensure sufficient account balance; if renewal fails due to insufficient balance, the user will be solely responsible. Users can also disable the renewal function at any time (Apple mobile phone users can do so through "Settings" -> "iTunes Store & App Store" -> "Apple ID" -> "View Apple ID" -> "Account Settings" -> "Subscriptions" -> "Cancel Subscription". Google Play users can do so through Google Play's "Settings" -> "Subscription Management" -> "Tandoo" -> "Cancel Subscription")Jump, but fees already paid before cancellation will not be refunded. (5) If an error occurs during the renewal payment process, VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members shall cooperate in investigating the cause and each shall bear the loss caused by their own fault. If the loss is caused by different degrees of fault on both sides, each party shall bear corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault. If both parties are responsible, they shall share the responsibility.

    (6) If the VIP/SVIP/SSVIP subscription service price is adjusted before or after automatic payment, the current valid price shall prevail.

    (7) The VIP/SVIP/SSVIP renewal function is only available to VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members on the platform. Any act of separating service content from the platform through illegal means is not within the scope of this agreement, and all legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the perpetrator, and the company will pursue its legal liability.

  5. Rights and Obligations of VIP/SVIP/SSVIP Members

    (1) While enjoying VIP/SVIP/SSVIP rights, VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members must comply with all norms and rules, including but not limited to these Terms of Service and the "User Agreement and Privacy Policy". (2) Any losses incurred due to suspension of VIP/SVIP/SSVIP services resulting from violations of the User Agreement and Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service shall be borne by the user.

    (3) VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members are entitled to all value-added services during the validity period of their VIP/SVIP/SSVIP membership.

    (4) If a VIP/SVIP/SSVIP member voluntarily terminates or cancels their VIP/SVIP/SSVIP service during the validity period, the company will not be responsible for refunding the service fees for the unused portion.

    (5) VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members shall bear legal responsibility for the information and actions they publish during their use of free or paid services and shall comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory documents.

  6. Tandoo's Rights and Obligations

    (1) Tandoo is obligated to ensure that VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members who comply with these Terms of Service and the User Agreement and Privacy Policy can use the VIP/SVIP/SSVIP service normally. When technical malfunctions affect the service, Tandoo shall resolve the malfunction as soon as possible, but shall not be liable for any losses arising therefrom. (2) Without the authorization of VIP/SVIP/SSVIP, Tandoo shall not disclose, edit, or leak their registered non-public information, except as provided by laws, regulations, and the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

    (3) Tandoo shall not be liable for service interruptions or defects caused by force majeure, but will endeavor to minimize the impact on VIP/SVIP/SSVIP.

    (4) Tandoo shall not be liable for any losses caused by VIP/SVIP/SSVIP's disclosure of their account password. Users may proactively report such incidents to take measures to prevent third-party misoperation.

    (5) If VIP/SVIP/SSVIP maliciously infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of Tandoo or other users, Tandoo has the right to cancel their VIP/SVIP/SSVIP status or suspend their services and pursue legal liability.

    (6) If VIP/SVIP/SSVIP violates laws and regulations during use, Tandoo has the right to cancel their status and they shall bear the legal responsibility themselves.

    (7) Tandoo may change relevant service content, rules, and agreement terms according to business development or technological upgrades. By continuing to use the service, VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members are deemed to have accepted all modifications.

  7. Other

(1) The VIP/SVIP/SSVIP service guidelines and rules issued by Tandoo from time to time are an integral part of this agreement.

(2) The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms of Service shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation, VIP/SVIP/SSVIP members agree to submit the dispute to a court with competent jurisdiction.

(3) The copyright of these Terms of Service belongs to Tandoo, which reserves the right of final interpretation and modification.
